Cracks seen on water bowl or top cap

We have noticed the water bowl and top cap may show some hairline cracks under continuous use. The crack is a cosmetic issue and does not represent a structural defect or safety risk as the strength is in the metal underneath. However, we are currently developing a replacement bowl and top cap that has a more flexible outer shell.

We will ship the replacement bowl as soon as we have stock available. Shipping within the US will be free of charge. Replacement bowls will also be available through our distributors internationally.
